Guide-conférencier et runner de passion, je vous propose des circuits différents et adaptés pour vous seul, en famille ou entre amis pendant 1h30. Vous partagerez un peu du pittoresque parodien et ses nombreuses anecdotes historiques. Environ 45 minutes de course plus ou moins rapide : 4 à 8 kms selon votre rythme. Je vous propose des arrêts pour découvrir tranquillement des points de vue originaux, pittoresques ou insolites sur le centre historique de Paray-le-Monial et le bocage environnant en cours de classement au Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO. La détente grâce à la course à pied, la découverte au-delà du circuit touristique habituel. En 1h30, on ne découvre pas seulement les essentiels de Paray mais aussi les insolites.

Welcome at the POSEIDON Dive center 's office and check the snorkeling gear if you want to taste it. After a 20 minutes nice boat ride from the port of Nice to Villefranche bay , we stop to swim in a safe place near to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Take a sun bath, enjoy & relax. You want more ? Let's go snorkeling around the boat !! Put your face in the water and just open yous eyes !! Of course it's not the Australian Great Barrier Reef but it's fun too. From 11 years old with an adult. To know how to swim is of course required ...!! 2 sessions per day : departure of the boat 9:00am & 2:00pm. Meeting 20 minutes before; thanks for being on time ! Total duration: 2 hours . Others things to note: . If you don't know how to swim or if you are afraid of being in the sea you should stay ashore. No life jacket provided. . Embarquez à bord de mon bateau pour une croisière d'une demie journée pour visite des plus belles baies de la côte d azur situées sur le cap d Antibes avec baignade dans des eaux turquoise .Tout le confort est à bord, la cuisine toute équipée dispose de deux frigos pour embarquement de toutes boissons et denrées nécessaires au bon déroulement de l'expérience. We will embark from the port of Marina Baie des Anges (Villeneuve Loubet). We will sail up to Cap d'Antibes. We will drop the anchor in the Garouppe bay. We will take a bath in the beautiful sea. We will sail back to Port Marina Baie des Anges. Attention the use of sails is not guaranteed. The use of the sails depends on the wind that must be in the right direction, not too strong and not too weak. If the sail is not used, the experience will be carried out with the engine without additional costs for you. Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : morning (8.30am-1.15pm) & afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) The meeting point is in Bordeaux at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! (only small portions of cheese, cured meat, chocolate & crackers will be served at the first or second winery OR Macaroons & cannelés in the village of saint-emilion).

Prévoir un maillot de bain pour une baignade dans les eaux cristallines de la calanque ou nous nous arrêtons pour la pause. Le tour du matin est conseillé pour les débutants, la mer est plus calme.
